Mandatory:

To create the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and fully utilize our channel capabilities, it is mandatory to use the five required APIs. In order to perform channel mapping, you will need to utilize our extranet or integrate Su API’s Mapping iFrame into your PMS. The mapping screen can be managed by your customer support team, or alternatively, you can provide access to your hotel for greater control and reduced maintenance.

Recommended:

To enhance your experience, we suggest utilizing our four additional APIs. These APIs are primarily designed to provide detailed log information, enabling you to efficiently manage the channel manager activity directly from your PMS, without the need for the provided extranet. These APIs are fully documented and can be easily integrated into your PMS.

Optional:

For a fully integrated solution, we offer optional APIs that enable you to customize the Channel Manager’s user interface and make it look and feel like it was built entirely in-house. With access to Mapping APIs for an exhaustive list of channels, you can map from your PMS without using the extranet or Mapping iFrames, providing you with the independence you need to onboard and manage your properties.
