No mapping between PMS and Su is required. Once a PMS Integration gets done with the Su channel manager, the PMS Property/Room /Rate ID is dynamically built into the Su platform that connects to all OTAs via channel manager api.

What pricing structure does Su support?

Is Su a white label channel manager?

A white label channel manager is when an accommodation provider logs into an extranet of a third party with a customized skin. The channel manager allows them to make customizations and adjustments and is user friendly. With Su, the connection is built into the PMS.

Does Su provide update logs?

Yes, Su provides detailed update logs between the PMS - Su - OTAs which displays success, failure and time of update through an API.

Will my PMS brand appear on Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and other OTAs?

Yes, Su provides you with a list of more than 100 properties with that OTAs. which make it to display on platforms like booking.com, expedia.com, airbnb.com and others.

Does Su support the Messaging API?

What is the throttle limits of the API?

The Throttle Limit of API is 200 requests per minute

Do I need to have my own domain to be used for the connection?

Yes, it is required that PMS have their own domain.

Will I receive credit card details if my PMS is not PCI compliant?

In order to perform channel mapping, you will need to utilize our extranet or integrate our Mapping iFrame into your PMS. The mapping screen can be managed by your customer support team, or alternatively, you can provide access to your hotel for greater control and reduced maintenance.

To enhance your experience, we suggest utilizing our four additional APIs. These APIs are primarily designed to provide detailed log information, enabling you to efficiently manage the channel manager activity directly from your PMS, without the need for the provided extranet. These APIs are fully documented and can be easily integrated into your PMS.

Optional :

For a fully integrated solution, we offer optional APIs that enable you to customize the Channel Manager’s user interface and make it look and feel like it was built entirely in-house.
