From luxury hotels to hospitality tech Francesco’s global journey

Each member brings something unique to the table, and this time, we’re excited to introduce Francesco, a Senior Business Developer whose dynamic career across continents and sectors has shaped his innovative approach to hospitality technology.
After more than 15 years in the hospitality world including a decade in magical Venice with top brands like Hilton and Accor, Francesco’s journey has been all about embracing new challenges and cultures. From leading sales and business development in luxury hotels to exploring the globe on cruise ships, he’s learned that adaptability and a passion for service are key.
Eventually, Francesco dropped anchor in Barcelona, where he pivoted into SaaS for hospitality, combining his industry expertise with cutting-edge technology. Joining Su a few months ago was a natural step after gaining experience in the online travel agents (OTAs) field with companies like eDreams. For Francesco, Su is where his love for hospitality meets his drive to innovate and help businesses grow in a fast-changing market.
Every chapter, from Venice’s canals to the digital frontiers of hospitality tech, has shaped his vision: to empower hotels with smarter solutions and a global perspective.
What do you like most about Su and your job?
What Francesco loves most about Su and his role is the perfect blend of hospitality expertise and innovative technology. It’s incredibly rewarding for him to help SaaS grow by delivering smart, all-in-one solutions that simplify operations and boost revenue, making a real difference in a fast-evolving industry.

Never give up and stay persistent. Perseverance turns challenges into opportunities and drives lasting growth.
Your interests outside Su. Do they help you do your job better?
Outside of Su, Francesco is a sporty guy who hits the gym at least three times a week to recharge and boost his energy. He also loves traveling whenever he can, an activity that broadens his perspective and fuels creativity. Cooking and sharing meals with friends keeps him grounded and inspires teamwork, all of which help him bring fresh energy and focus to his work.
Francesco’s blend of global hospitality experience, tech-savvy mindset, and people-first attitude makes him an integral part of the Su team. We’re thrilled to have him on board!
